Chattahoochee River Club Stingrays

Our Mini Ray program is an introductory swim program for swimmers that are not quite ready to swim the full length of the pool.  Mini Rays are eager to learn, willing to put their face in the water, and move independently in the water for 5 yards.  

• Our minimum age is 4 years old and your child must be fully potty trained.  
• Your Mini Ray will receive in-pool instruction Monday - Thursday in small groups, typically 2-4 swimmers per instructor.  See the Practice Times tab for more information.   
• Your child should be able to put their face in the water and move independently in the water (kicking, doggy paddle, or any forward motion) for at least 5 yards.  This requirement is a safety precaution as instructors will also spend time working with other children during practice.   
• Mini Rays also get to "swim" a length of the pool before the swim meets with the assistance of one of our coaches.  
• Once your swimmer is able to swim a full length in the pool unassisted, they will move up to the 6 & Under age group.
