Swimmer / Volunteer Check-In Procedure
CRC Swimmer/Volunteer Check-In Table
Our CRC check-in table is ready to receive you at each Home and Away meet! The specific time that swimmers/volunteers are required to check-in will vary based on meet location and will be communicated to you each week.
Swimmer Check-In:
Your swimmer(s) must check-in by the required time so that we can confirm all swimmers are present. This is important as absences can create last-minute changes to events or relays.
Volunteer Check-In:
Check-in times for Volunteers are based on the shift being worked (1st Shift vs 2nd Shift). Typically 1st Shift will check in at the same time as swimmers and 2nd Shift will check in by meet start time (5:30pm). Upon check in, you'll receive your volunteer wristband and have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about your function.
