Volunteer registration for all 5 dual meets will open on Thursday, May 20 at 7pm. You'll be able to register for these shifts on SwimTopia. 

Every family must register for at least 3 shifts. You read that correctly, only 3 shifts per family instead of 5! These can be completed all in the same meet, 3 separate meets, or whatever combination works best for your family.

Families with only Mini Ray swimmers do not need to volunteer. If you have a Mini but also a swimmer in another age group, you still need to volunteer. 

Families of swimmers 16 and older only need to register for one shift.

If you cannot cover your shift, you must find someone to trade shifts or work for you. We have a few extra volunteers per meet but these are reserved for unexpected events and emergencies, such as illnesses. If you cannot find 3 shifts available shifts for meets that you can attend, please let us know and we can try to accommodate your request.
