This week we'll take our show on the road to swim at Aberdeen!  Below you'll find info on the meet.  EHLs and heat sheets are not finalized until Thursday around noon so look for a message at that time!

• Parking

The parking lot at the Aberdeen pool is extremely small and unfortunately there is no parking on the street directly outside the pool. You will need to look for parking in one of the many side streets near the pool. Please be sure to obey all parking signs and do not block driveways. You may use the pool parking lot as a drop off spot for your swimmers. Leave extra time to park and walk to the pool. The physical address for the pool is 4550 Westminister Lane, Suwanee GA

• Bullpen info

There isnt space on the Aberdeen pool deck to accommodate our bullpens. We will be out near the tennis courts and playground. It is likely to be muddy and and the bugs might be out! Please plan accordingly for your and your child’s comfort! Aberdeen requests that swimmers stay off of the tennis courts. 

• Concessions

They will be selling candy, chips, cold drinks, pizza, BBQ, and Chick Fil A sandwiches. Dippin Dots will be there as well. They accept cash, square, and Venmo at their concession stand

• Timeline

4:00 Swimmers and volunteers should be checked in

4:40-5:10 CRC warm ups

5:10 Mini-Rays swim

5:30 Meet starts

**If there are any inclement weather delays you will be informed by notification in the SwimTopia app. Please make sure that notifications are turned on so you can receive them promptly! This will be our primary method of notification. There is no guarantee that we will be able to post on social media or send emails if conditions change quickly.**

• Fun Friday

At 10 am at the pool we will have a Young Chefs Academy on site to treat us to a special activity and give away prizes!
