Swim with an Olympian for a Good Cause
This Tuesday, June 3, we will have Olympic medalist, Amanda Weir, at all practices to work on sprint technique, turns, and starts. Last year my sons really benefited from Amanda's advice and had best times at the next meet because their starts were amazing! Amanda is generously giving her time to our team as a fundraiser to benefit Swim Across America. 100% of the money raised will go to this local organization that funds the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. To donate you can bring cash to the event or Venmo us @crcswim2025 with your child’s name and age group. We will have prizes for both the swimmer and the age group that raises the most money. For families with multiple children in different age groups we will divide the funds evenly for calculation purposes 😉
Another way to help Swim Across America is to purchase a "good luck duck" (a small, but auspicious rubber duck) for your swimmer. 🐤 They are $5 each and swimmers will receive them at our next meet. Please fill out this form to purchase.
